  • Where can I park & where do I enter the building?
    • Parking is available as shown on the 2nd page
    • The Main Entrance is on the East Side of the Building (N. Boonville Ave. Side)
  • How early can I arrive?
    • The doors will open at 8:00 a.m. (Conference begins at 9:00 a.m.)
  • Can I save seats?
    • Seats can be saved. We just ask that general courtesy for others be maintained.
  • What Hotels are available nearby?
    • There are numerous motels available in the Springfield area. Most of the motels near the church are a bit more expensive. There are many motels near Interstate 44 including a number of motels that are less expensive. These motels are about 4 miles from the church.
  • Can I buy lunch the day of the event or bring my own lunch?
    • Chick-Fil-A box lunches are available for purchase at the time of online registration for $7.00 which includes a Chick-Fil-A sandwich, chips, cookies, a mint and bottled water.
    • For On-Site Registration lunches will be offered if available on a first come, first serve basis.
    • You can bring your own lunch because we realize that some people have special dietary needs. (No special order lunches from Chick-Fil-A will be made available.)
  • Are there additional places nearby to eat lunch on my own?
    • Springfield has many restaurants all directions from the Church
    • Only 55 minutes are scheduled for lunch so off site lunch plans may be difficult.
  • Can I register and pay the day of the event?
    • Yes, please go to the “On-Site Registration” area when you arrive. Please note that the early bird Adult Registration cost of $20 which lasts until November 1 will no longer be in effect for On-Site Registration. Adult Registration at that time will be $30. The Student Rate and Family Rate will remain the same throughout
  • Is there daycare available for younger children?  (Note – This information is pending!!!)
    • Yes, there is child care available at the church for children kindergarten age and younger. There will be a fee of $10 per child which includes lunch and snacks for the children that will be collected on the morning of the conference as the children are checked in.
  • How long are the sessions?
    • The Plenary Sessions which include messages by Josh McDowell, times of praise and worship, each run about 2 hours. The breakout sessions each run 1 hour.
  • What consists of a “family” for the Family Registration?
    • For the Family Registration a “family” is defined as “parents and children living in the household”. Extended family is not referred to. The purpose of the Family Registration is to assist families with large numbers of children to be able to afford the conference. At registration the names of all the family members attending will be given and optional lunches can be purchased. (Note – Children under 1st grade that will using the child care provisions are not included in this fee. Parents will pay a separate fee for child care at the conference when they check in their infant or child.)
  • Can I give my tickets to someone else?
    • Yes, but please bring in a printed confirmation showing the name the registration made under
  • How do I get to the venue?
    • Mapquest or Google maps provide accurate directions to the venue.
